International Keynote Presenter

Prior to joining 3M in late 2006, Roberto was on the faculty of the Graduate Business School at the University of Illinois, Chicago (UIC). He has researched and consulted extensively with more than 30 firms listed in Forbes’ “The Global 2000”, and has published over 100 refereed articles, book chapters and conference proceedings.

He has also been a keynote speaker in more than 20 worldwide meetings and conferences, and has sat on multiple expert panels. His current work focuses on the development and implementation of strategic knowledge mapping, a methodology that identifies knowledge location and its multiple applications. Roberto earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.
